Campaign Filtering and Action Before Adding to a List

Customers have asked for more control over list management inside automations. Specifically, when a contact is added to List A, they want the option to automatically remove them from List B.
This helps prevent contacts from receiving messages that no longer apply to them and eliminates the need to manually clean up lists.
