Campaign Logic

As a user I want to process my call list via Ringless, any failed ringless I want to process as Voice. Currently, I have to pull a report and create a new broadcast for the voice, but if there was logic available in the Campaign interrupts I could do a single campaign flow that processes both the ringless and the voice.

Thank you for posting, Malachite Harrier! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific criteria should trigger the switch from ringless to voice in the campaign flow?
- How do you prioritize the importance of processing failed ringless calls as voice compared to other features?
- Are there any specific metrics or outcomes you would like to track for the combined ringless and voice campaign flow?

1) When a Ringless call fails, it is unable to leave a message then given some time a Voice broadcast would run. I know there are many variables why a Ringless might fail. When I look at some of my recent broadcasts these stand out to me "No Answer" & "User Busy" are examples of ones that I would try again as Voice, whereas "Number not reachable" is one that I would not try with voice broadcast
2) If Ringless fails, SMS is most likely not a viable option, but Voice has been a successful measure to still have a successful delivery for us. But as for this request, I wouldn't limit it to only Ringless then voice. I am asking as that has been the use case that we have done for several years a blend of Ringless and then Voice.
3) Tracking them separately would be desired, to know what was successful and failed under each attempt, what phone numbers ultimately failed all steps, and as best an understanding of why it failed.
Hope that helps

Malachite Harrier: What CRM or marketing automation tool do you use now?

Chris Brisson We have used a competitor's (VoiceLogic) solution. We upload our xls file and they process ringless then the failed are processed using voice broadcast and they pop out a report (xls) which is what we use for reporting. We are not integrated with our CRM or our Marketing tools for this piece.

Malachite Harrier: If you were to wave a magic wand and automate this, what would that look like?

Chris Brisson The campaign flow is good, I just wish there was an optional filter between messages where I can set the "timeline" and do a logical argument that filters. Give me the option to filter out those that were successful in Message 1 and then step into Message 2 with only those that Failed.
